I have sent at least six emails to staff and to support about this problem and I have gotten absolute SHIT in response from them. I’ve had them reply to TWO of my emails. That’s it. two out of six.
I’ve been having work flagged and hidden under adult oriented content in the tags. EXAMPLE:
HOWEVER- It is not telling me it’s been flagged NSFW like it used to with some posts. It doesn’t have the crossed out eye symbol. It’s just Hidden for no reason whatsoever.
I’m hoping if this spreads around Staff will actually fucking answer me when I ask them why this is happening. Like, even if they don’t fix it an answer would be really REALLY NICE.
It’s usually black and white drawings, but sometimes it’s other random posts. It’s just hiding them at random for no discernable reason. None of them are risqué drawings. NONE. I don’t have my blog flagged as adult content. I don’t want to draw adult content.
I’ve asked for help over a long, LONG period of time. I first asked about this LAST FUCKING YEAR.
Tumblr hasn’t done jack shit to help me. They haven’t even replied to tell me they’re looking into it. I get the automated “we got your message” reply and then I don’t hear ANYTHING.
Seriously, it seems like tumblr only ever does anything if a lot of people are talking about it, so if people could share this, I would LOVE that.
